Jim’s expertise in antitrust issues resulted in many consultation requests by attorneys in the Solicitor’s Office.
Assigned to the Trial Section within the Civil Division, Jim served as trial counsel for the City in complex litigation involving eminent domain for major urban renewal projects, Riverfront Stadium leases and operations, purchase and installation of the computer system for the wastewater treatment plant, and constitutional challenges to police power ordinances.
